Welcome Inclusive Spartans!

MSU Student Council for Exceptional Children (SCEC) is a student chapter of the nationally recognized Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). We are an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. Actively volunteering throughout Lansing and Mid-Michigan, our mission is grounded in inclusion, advocacy, and empowerment.

We take pride in fostering meaningful relationships among our members and the individuals, families, and communities we serve. Through hands-on service, outreach events, educational initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations, we strive to create a more accessible and understanding world for all.
